ATLANTA-(BUSINESS WIRE)-NexxLinx, a Business Process Outsourcing and Marketing Services firm today announced it will expand its Orono, Maine facility to meet rising demand from the cable+media, electronic gaming and hospitality markets. Representatives at the Orono center will provide customer service and technical support via phone calls, Web chats and e-mail. Ideal representatives will be computer literate, and have strong communication skills. Prior experience in customer service, sales or technical support is a plus, as is a desire to advance. Over half of NexxLinx managers and Supervisors started out as representatives.
"In an era when everyone is talking about staggering unemployment levels, we have continued to grow and provide an exciting work environment for so many deserving people here in Maine" said Craig Mento, CEO of NexxLinx. "We're successfully competing against companies that are ten times our size, by focusing on providing a distinctive level of service at a reasonable cost. We have added 100 jobs already this year, and plan to add 200 more by the end of the year. In a generally lousy economy, we will have doubled employment in Orono in about ten months."
In addition to the exceptional service provided by Nexxlinx, Mento credits the positive business environment and infrastructure offered here for fueling the expansion.
