ATLANTA(03/05/2013) - NexxLinx, a Business Processing and Business Transformation Outsourcer (BPO/BTO) headquartered in Atlanta, announced today that it has purchased Benevox. The acquisition by NexxLinx gives it an eighth US-based contact center, and will be the hub for growing its Southeast business.

Partnering with the Bobby Dodd Institute (BDI), NexxLinx supports the ATT Serves initiative, a program to provide meaningful employment to returning veterans with disabilities and other veterans. Currently, NexxLinx and BDI operate a training and contact center at the Bobby Dodd Institute. The Norcross site will be used to more than double the current training capacity. The company has identified 50,000 square feet of space for training and operations.
