Sept. 1st, 2012--NETtime Solutions, the innovative time and attendance provider, announced today that NexxLinx, a business process outsourcer that specializes in customer retention, inbound sales, and customer support uses NETtime to collect and store their time and attendance records.

When the company looked at how they could improve their payroll process, Nick Farsi, CIO, envisioned a fully automated, accurate time to payroll process. Employees would be able to focus on managing their daily call center activities while in the background the time and attendance system would use the time captured by NexxPhase, NexxLinx's comprehensive, cloud-based, secure contact center service platform, to generate payroll.
Beyond merely providing a service, Mr. Farsi was also looking for a time and attendance provider that would be a partner in the outsourcer's success. NETtime Solutions worked closely with NexxLinx to develop web service integration between NETtime and NexxPhase to achieve Mr. Farsi's vision in the shortest possible timeframe.
